THE MYSTERY OF EDWIN DROOD at Goodspeed
Miyuki recently finished her run at Goodspeed Musicals in Rupert Holmes’ THE MYSTERY OF EDWIN DROOD. The production, which starred Mamie Parris as Edwin Drood, ran for two months at the Goodspeed Opera House and received rave reviews. Miyuki had the joy of performing her understudy role of Helena Landless multiple times - and she was voted murder twice!

BEAU THE MUSICAL
After an extended and sold-out run downtown at Theater 154, Miyuki is reprising her role of Daphney in the BEAU THE MUSICAL Off-Broadway at Out of the Box Theatrics’ new space at St. Luke’s Church on 46th and 8th. A queer coming-of-age story told by a band of eight actor-musicians, BEAU is a new musical written by Douglas Lyons (book & music) and Ethan Pakchar (music) and directed by Josh Rhodes. Following a successful world premiere album produced by Sony Masterworks Broadway, BEAU’s Off-Broadway runs have received much critical acclaim. BEAU runs at St. Luke’s from October 27th through January 4th.
JO: THE LITTLE WOMEN MUSICAL Staged Concert at West End’s Theatre Royal Drury Lane
In January 2026, Miyuki will perform in a semi-staged concert version of JO: THE LITTLE WOMEN MUSICAL in London at West End’s Theatre Royal Drury Lane. The concert will be directed by JoAnn M. Hunter. Miyuki has been a collaborator in the development of JO: THE LITTLE WOMEN MUSICAL since 2021. This new musical rendition of the Little Women story with sweeping score by composer Dan Redfeld has been quickly gaining momentum. After years of concerts and readings, this new musical rendition of the Little Women story features a sweeping score by composer Dan Redfeld. In anticipation of its West End concert, JO released a studio album recorded at Abbey Road Studios which also features Miyuki along with Broadway legends Christine Ebersole, Laura Benanti, and Bob Gunton in spring of 2025.
